These terms set out the rules for using celeria.me and the general conditions for ordering website, application and business email services through it.
The contact form is used to submit a project enquiry. Submitting the form does not create a binding agreement. Final scope, price and timeline are agreed individually and confirmed separately, e.g. in a written quote or contract.
Delivery times shown on this site are indicative and depend on the scope and complexity of the specific project, as well as on the timely delivery of materials and feedback by the client.
Payment terms (including any deposit) are agreed individually for each project and confirmed before work begins.
We take reasonable care to deliver services accurately and in line with what was agreed. Liability for individual projects is governed by the detailed terms agreed individually with the client.
