This policy describes what data we collect through the contact form on celeria.me and why we process it.
Through the contact form we collect: your name, email address, optionally a phone number, the content of your enquiry, and an approximate budget if provided.
We use this data solely to prepare a reply to your enquiry and for any further contact regarding the project.
The legal basis for processing is consent given when submitting the form, and, where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and handle any further correspondence, for no longer than 24 months since the last contact, unless a longer period is required by an agreement or by law.
Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared only with technical service providers necessary to operate our mail and form (e.g. hosting providers).
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
